Waste Minimization & Recycling

• During the building phase, a waste management and recycling initiative recycled as many materials as possible to reduce the volume of waste sent to landfills.
  
  
• Compact fluorescent bulbs are more energy efficient than incandescent bulbs.   While all fluorescents require some mercury for their operation, compact fluorescents contain less than fluorescent tubes, making them the preferred choice.
